💰 Refund & Cancellation Policy – Shiv Holiday
At Shiv Holiday, we strive to provide the best travel experience. However, we understand that plans can change. Below is our policy regarding cancellations and refunds for our Chardham, Do Dham, and local taxi services.
1. Cancellation Charges
Agar aap apni booking cancel karte hain, toh niche diye gaye charges apply honge:

30 Days or more before the trip: 10% of the total package cost will be deducted as processing fees.

15 to 29 Days before the trip: 50% of the advance booking amount will be forfeited.

Less than 15 Days before the trip: No Refund will be provided.

No Show: Agar yatri (passenger) pickup location par nahi pahunchta hai, toh koi refund nahi diya jayega.
2. Natural Calamities & Roadblocks
Uttarakhand ek pahadi kshetra hai jahan mausam kabhi bhi badal sakta hai:

Landslides/Heavy Snowfall/Roadblocks: Agar rasta band hone ki wajah se yatra cancel karni padti hai, toh hum booking ko aage ki dates ke liye reschedule kar sakte hain (subject to availability).

Extra Costs: Rasta band hone ke kaaran agar extra hotel stay ya extra vehicle hours lagte hain, toh uska kharcha customer ko dena hoga. Is case mein purani payment refund nahi hogi.
3. Vehicle Breakdown

Agar yatra ke dauran gaadi kharab ho jati hai, toh Shiv Holiday jald se jald dusri gaadi provide karega.

Agar dusri gaadi provide nahi ho pati hai, toh sirf baki bache hue raste (remaining distance) ka balance refund kiya jayega.
4. Government Restrictions

Agar Uttarakhand Sarkar ya Local Administration kisi safety reason se yatra rok deti hai (jaise Kedarnath trek band hona), toh hum government guidelines ke anusar hi kaam karenge. Aise mein refund policies government orders par nirbhar karengi.
5. Refund Process

Refund amount confirm hone ke baad 5 to 7 working days mein aapke bank account ya UPI mein transfer kar diya jayega.
6. Non-Refundable Services

Helicopter Tickets: Kedarnath Helicopter tickets ke refund rules pure tarah se Aviation company aur Government portal ke hisab se hote hain.

Advance Token for peak season: May aur June (peak season) ki bookings ka token amount non-refundable ho sakta hai.
